The 21st International Biennial of Graphic Art presented 239 foreign and 70 Bulgarian authors, 471 works from 46 countries. The Grand Prix was awarded to Chakrit Lapaudomploet from Thailand, while Vassil Kolev took the special prize. The conference analyzed the contributions of the artists who worked at the Vulkan former factory between 1976 and 2007.
