The UBA accommodation facility is a beautiful traditional Bulgarian house, with the statute of architectural memorial. It accommodates a total of 14 persons, as follows:

- 1st floor: 1 double room (two beds) and a bathroom on the same floor;

                 1 double room (a double bed) with a private bathroom;

                 Dining room, no kitchen;

- 2nd floor: 1 double room;

                 1 double room (two beds);

                 2 triple rooms

Accommodation price/night through the winter season (November 1, 2021 - April 30, 2022):

UBA members and their families: BGN30

guests: BGN 35

rent for the entire house: BGN400/day

rent for the entire house for more than 3 days: negotiable
